Happiness and joy is easily obtained. Survival on the other hand is an ongoing process. If one does not survive, no joy and happiness is obtained! Trying to survive in a chaotic, dishonest and generally immoral society is difficult. Your very survival can be threatened by the bad actions of others around you. Your own happiness can turn to tragedy and sorrow by the dishonesty and misconduct of others. I’m sure you can think of instances of this actually happening.

You are important to other people. You are listened to, you have the power to influence others. Don’t let the negativity of others bring down your happiness! Instead influence them to live a positive happy life! In other words think positive! It is in your power to lead the way to a positive and happy life! Always try to encourage and assist others in times of need, and you will be blessed and live a happy life indeed! There’s no way to guarantee that anyone else can be happy, but you can play your part in improving someone’s happiness and survival! I’m sure you may not know the secret to true happiness, but don’t you worry, right here right now I shall enlighten you and reveal the true secret to happiness.

Take Care of Yourself 

There are various amazing ways of taking care of yourself. Some ways include :

•  Getting medical care when ill.

When ill it is very important that you seek medical care as soon as possible to ensure a speedy recovery. Proper precautions should be taken as well to ensure that person around you doesn’t get ill as well. This is very important!

• Keep Your Body Clean

It is mandatory that you cleanse your body daily. It is a known fact that persons who do not bathe regularly carry germs. They can put you at risk of getting an infection. You are well within your right to insist that people bathe regularly and wash their hands. Don’t be shy! Your health is just as important as theirs!

• Eat Properly

Bad eating habits result in frequent doctor visits and illnesses, bad temper, persons not being much help/assistance and low energy levels. One must try to maintain a healthy well balanced diet in order to obtain happiness.

• Get Rest

 Adequate rest is vital when trying to obtain happiness. Lack of rest can result in persons being less alert, persons making more mistakes than usual, persons having accidents persons also become burdensome to others. You have full right to insist that persons get full rest before performing any task.

Love and Help Children

It is very important that you look out for the children, of the future. They are the civilization of tomorrow. They must be nurtured and taken care of, so that society can continue to grow in a positive way. We must all strive to show them love and respect, the same way as we would love to be shown love and respect. They must be brought up with manners and morals, and not neglected and left to raise themselves. Neglect will not bring happiness in their later years. Neglect often results in hardship, a life of crime, poverty and misery. There are many other known theories on how to raise a child, but none of them guarantee true happiness as the outcome. Imagine this for instance. Imagine a child as a blank slate. If you teach them the wrong things, they will say and do wrong things, but if you teach them the right way, they will say and do only right things, but in some cases unlike a slate a child can begin to do the writing: the child tends to write what has already been written. Show children love and happiness, society depends on it!

Honor and Help Your Parents

 Sometimes parents may be hard to understand, and tolerate, but you must not forget they are the reason for you being on this earth today! Without your mother giving birth to you, you will not even be possible, and everything you own would be owned by someone else. You are now indebted to your parents for their upbringing- if parents did so, so the least you can do to show appreciation is honor and assist. While some parents are so fiercely independent that they will accept no return for performing their parental obligation, it is nevertheless true that there often comes a time when it is the turn of the younger generation to care for their parents. When that time arises don’t neglect your obligation, and you will be filled with a sense of happiness in the end.

Set A Good Example

In life there may be many persons you may influence. The influence may be good or bad! You must always strive to influence others in a good way. This way your are setting a good example for those around. If after you have set a good example persons try to discourage you or be-little you in anyway they probably mean you harm, and are trying to serve their own needs. This could pose a serious problem and needs to be addressed as soon as possible. Seek professional assistance. When this is done your chances for survival are drastically increased since others you have influenced past/present become less of a threat.

 Seek To Live With The Truth

In life your very survival can depend on the information you are provided with. Seek to attain factual information. For you see false data can cause you to make foolish mistakes. This can adversely affect you on your journey to happiness. False information can come from various sources. Try to avoid retaining false information at all times, and making foolish mistakes in any case. With factual information problems of existence can be solved with ease. Always keep in mind that truth is what you believe to be true! No one has any right to force information off on you and demand you believe it to be true, thats a fact! If its not true for you then it isn’t true! Don’t believe the lies, for many will try to bombard you with false facts, but only a few will uplift you and provide you with truth.

• Don’t Tell Harmful Lies

Persons tend to tell harmful lies as a result of fear, malice and envy. This sort of behavior can cause depression in various individuals, ruin lives and social chaos. It is urged that you stay away from the practice of harmful lie telling, if you ever want to be happy in anyway!

• Don’t Bear False Witness

It is a known fact that testifying to false/untrue facts is against the law. In fact there is a special name given for it, it is called “perjury” You can be charged and arrested for committing such actions! Stay away from such, and live a truthful happy life! You will be thankful you did in the long run!

 Do Not Murder

In every country all over the world, murder is a federal offense. Murder is a crime that is strictly prohibited and is punishable by life in prison, lethal injection, the gas chamber, or the electric chair! Murder by definition is the unlawful killing of one or more human beings by another human. Murder is a high priority crime in society, and prevention is a must! One cannot survive/exist in a world/society where you, friends or even family members were at the mercy of someone who went about casually taking lives. This is why it is strongly urged that you join and support any effective murder prevention program in your society, and push for a change! Your very own survival depends on it!

Do Not Harm A Person Of Good Will

Despite the insistence of evil men that all men are evil, there are quite a few good men left in this world. Society is dependent upon good men for it to run effectively. Good morals and manners has to be instilled at a young age. Such persons are easy to attack! Their decency prevents them from protecting themselves! It is up to you to protect, encourage, assist, and motivate those individuals of good will in every way. A person of good will is a terrible thing to lose! The propagandist, media personnel, and violent criminals all try to deter you from the facts, and persuade you into believing those of good will must be chastised and ridiculed, but that could not be further from the truth! It is a known fact that society would not run without the input of the individuals of good will! Everyone’s survival is dependent upon it!

 Do Not Steal

 Those who steal imagine they are acquiring something valuable at a low cost, but this could not be further from the truth! Stealing only causes trouble far in excess of the value of the thing stolen. Stealing is a punishable crime by law! Stealing only manifests a life of misery. The thief at the moment may not realize this, but some of the greatest robbers in history know this fact, and have spent months in hiding, or even worst life in prison for grand larceny! Persons rarely get to reap the benefits of stealing. It is risky business, and it is urged that you do not take up the habbit. If you see something you like that is not yours, get a job, and purchase it after. DO NOT plan to steal it in anyway, you will not get away! In anycase the value of stolen goods decreases, due to the fact that they have to be hidden, transported, they are a threat to your freedom and last but not forgotten IT IS NOT YOURS! When you think about it, its not really beneficial in the long run! Causes more problems than solves!

Be Worthy Of Trust

Mutual trust is the building block of any successful relationship. Without it the relationship comes tumbling down, and everything inevitably becomes ruined. Learn that. Unless someone can have confidence in your reliability and trustworthiness, that someone feels like they are at risk. It is in your best interest to ensure that everyone around you is aware of how trust worthy you are. For you see in the society we live in today, trust worthiness is a highly esteemed commodity. When you are trust worthy you are considered valuable, and when you are not trust worthy you are considered worthless. Now I’ sure many of you do not want to be considered worthless in anyway, so strive to be the best trust worthy person out there. What’s even worst is when you let down someone who regarded you as very trust worthy, then you know you are in a real mess. That person may never see you the same way again! That persons own life may become disorderly and chaotic! To avoid this follow the number one(1) rule below!

• Always keep your word

 If you promise to do something, it is strongly advised that you keep to your promise, no matter how difficult it may be to pull through with it! Don’t promise anything you know you can’t make a reality! It is very annoying! Persons who keep their word are trusted and admired, person who don’t are regarded garbage, persons who break their word never get a second chance, remember that!

 Treat Others As You Would Like Them To Treat You

I want you to take a couple minutes and reflect on how you would like others to treat you. Firstly I’m sure most of you would want to be treated justly! You wouldn’t want people lying about you, falsely condemning you right? Why would they like you to falsely condemn them? Secondly you probably want your friends to be loyal.  You wouldn’t want them to betray you in any way! Why would they want you to betray them? Thirdly I’m sure you would want to be treated with good sportsmanship. You would not want to be tricked in anyway! Much in the same way someone else would not! Fourthly you might want lots of love, much in the same way someone else might want just as much. Fifthly you might want to be shown compassion, the same way someone else might want compassion. You get my drift right? For persons to be more inclined to treat you with many of these virtues, you must first demonstrate that you are worthy to be treated so! Now imagine displaying these good virtues on a daily basis, how much sweeter life would be. Others around you would not hesitate to be sweet to you, seeing as you did not hesitate to be sweet to them. Get it. Reflect on this for a bit. If you want changes in the way others treat you, you must first change the way you treat others! It’s that simple! You cannot go around, mistreating others, and expect them to treat you well! You can’t be just spreading proper gander and not expect them to do the same to you! It does not work that way in the real world! Lies breed lies, and truth breeds truth. Take some time out of your busy schedule today and meditate on my words! In the end you will find the happiness you seek!
